MJD Building Ltd won a tender to complete this self-build project for a private customer in Newcastle, Co. Down. The project included the demolition of an existing one-story build, before the full completion of a new build project.
This project included groundswork and foundations, building work of the project and full-service management of sub-contractors to ensure completion of project from initial conception to client move in. We also built a retaining wall at the rear of the property and carried out several other key tasks including the integration of a full water treatment system.
