MJD Building Ltd won a tender to complete this new-build project for a private client in Leitrim, Co. Down. This project required a full-service solution for construction and management of a new-build bungalow on a greenfield site in Leitrim.
This project included preparing the site through soil stripping and rock breaking as required, foundations and full build of the new property.
This project took nine months to complete from the initial preparation of the greenfield site until the final handover of the property to the client.
