MJD Building Ltd won a tender to complete this new build modern family home in Co. Down. The project required full management from the team to delivery a contemporary build on a challenging building site. The final development is nearing completion and will boast some of the finest views in Co. Down with the picturesque Mourne Mountains in the distance.
MJD Building were delighted to be involved in this project from the start and worked with the client in every step of the way, providing consultation and sharing our knowledge from over 20 years in the trade. The property is split-level which required a great deal of expertise from our team to ensure the build went smoothly for the client.
This project included soil stripping and extensive digging work to achieve the split-level required for the client, which was vital in helping them achieve the modern look and feel for the end property of which MJD Building has helped to build.
